Southern Cross has introduced a new concept from Australia to the housing industry in Romania.
The new concept involves providing space-saving, functional and high quality product to enable many Romanians to purchase an affordable home.
The new concept is prefabricated timber and lightweight steel homes cladded with thermal insulation and timber cladding. Each home will have a raft slab foundation system, fire rated and acoustic dividing masonry walls with fire rated ceilings for the roof area.
